Are there any guidelines for submitting content to the ANZALS eNews?

There are no specific guidelines. Please contact the ANZALS eNews Editor via engagement@anzals.org.au to see if your contribution is suitable for inclusion.

How can I get involved with ANZALS as a PhD candidate and/or an Early Career Researcher?

ANZALS has a substantial percentage of its membership that identify as PhD candidates and/or ECRs. Some of these people are on the current Board. Current and previous members have become involved in numerous ways such as presenting at our conferences, publishing in our journal, assisting the board with its activities (e.g. volunteering at conferences), nominating for a Board position and taking active roles in driving our social media presence (e.g. Tweeting at conferences, sharing information).

ANZALS has a particularly active PhD/ECR group. If you would like to assist or join them then please contact students@anzals.org.au.

How do I share information about my research via ANZALS?

ANZALS provides several avenues for the promotion of your research. The primary avenue is via publication in the Annals of Leisure Research. The quickest way to get your research noticed is via our social media platforms on Facebook & Twitter.  You also have can utilise the ANZALS Magazine by contacting the News Editor via news@anzals.org.au.
